Artificial Intelligence that fits your business, not the other way round
We build AI systems for companies that need results they can measure: fewer manual hours, sharper forecasts, and customer interactions that actually scale. Based in Glasgow, working across the UK.

Each project starts from a specific business question. We do not sell generic platforms; we design, train, and deploy models that answer the question your team keeps asking.
Predictive analytics
Demand forecasting, churn prediction, and risk scoring models trained on your historical data. Most clients see a usable prototype within four weeks. We handle feature engineering, model selection, and ongoing retraining schedules so the predictions stay accurate as your market shifts.
Natural language processing
Sentiment analysis for customer reviews, automated document classification, and internal knowledge-base search. We fine-tune large language models on your own corpus so the system understands your terminology, not just generic English.
Computer vision
Quality inspection on production lines, automated inventory counting from shelf images, and vehicle-damage assessment from photos. We deploy models to edge devices when latency matters, or to the cloud when it does not.
Workflow automation
Invoice processing, lead routing, appointment scheduling: repetitive tasks that drain your staff. We connect AI models to your existing tools through APIs, so the automation lives inside the software you already use.
The gap we close
What we hear from new clients
- Staff spend 15+ hours a week copy-pasting data between systems
- Forecasts rely on spreadsheets that nobody fully trusts
- Customer complaints pile up before anyone spots the pattern
- Previous AI vendors delivered a demo that never reached production
What changes after we work together
- Automated pipelines move data where it needs to go, error-free
- Forecasts update daily with confidence intervals your team can act on
- Sentiment alerts flag emerging issues within hours, not weeks
- Models run in production with monitoring dashboards and SLA guarantees
How a project unfolds
We keep things sequential. Rushing to code before the data is understood is the single biggest reason AI projects fail.
Scoping workshop
A half-day session where we map your data sources, define the success metric, and agree on a timeline. No charge for this step.
Data audit
We assess quality, coverage, and bias. If gaps exist, we recommend collection strategies before any model work begins.
Prototype
A working model tested against a held-out dataset. You see real numbers, not slide decks. Typical turnaround: three to five weeks.
Production deployment
We containerise the model, integrate it with your stack, set up monitoring, and train your team to interpret the output.
Who you will be working with
Our team of nine includes machine-learning engineers, a data architect, and two domain consultants who spent years in logistics and financial services before joining us. That mix matters: the people writing your models also understand your industry's constraints.
We have been based at Carlotta Terrace since 2019. Glasgow gives us access to strong university research partnerships and a growing AI talent pool, while keeping our overheads sensible enough to price projects fairly.
Every engagement has a named project lead who answers your calls directly. We do not route you through an account manager.
Questions we get asked often
It depends entirely on the task. A churn-prediction model for a subscription business usually needs at least a few thousand customer records with outcome labels. A document-classification system can start with as few as 200 labelled examples if the categories are distinct. During the scoping workshop we assess whether your current data is sufficient or whether a short collection phase is needed first.
Yes. About a third of our current clients are based elsewhere in the UK, and we have completed projects for two companies in the Republic of Ireland. The scoping workshop can run remotely, and deployment is cloud-based in most cases, so geography rarely limits what we can deliver.
A focused single-model project, such as a demand-forecasting tool, generally falls between £18,000 and £40,000 depending on data complexity and integration requirements. Larger programmes with multiple models and ongoing retraining support are priced on a retainer basis. We provide a detailed quote after the scoping workshop.
Absolutely. All client data is processed in isolated environments. We sign a mutual NDA before any data transfer, and we never use one client's data to train another client's model. Once a project concludes, we delete your data from our systems within 30 days unless you ask us to retain it for retraining purposes.
We have built integrations for Salesforce, SAP, Xero, Shopify, custom ERPs, and various internal databases. If your system exposes an API or allows scheduled data exports, we can connect to it. Where no API exists, we sometimes build lightweight middleware to bridge the gap.
